Location: The Harvest Movement Youth Center is currently meeting at 1965 Sherwood Ave. St Paul, MN 55119.
The Harvest Movement Youth Center is a Christ-centered after-school program for youth from age five through High-school. At the Harvest Center we work to connect with the youth, ground them both biblically and socially, pray for their spiritual awakening by the power of the Holy Spirit, and disciple them as to their responsibility as followers of Jesus Christ.
Regular Harvest Center activities include a home-cooked meal, homework time and tutoring, a game, inductive bible study, critical thinking exercises, peacemaking scenarios, table-talk discussions of current events, and prayer and worship.
For children in kindergarten through 3rd grade we offer the Harvest Seedlings program. Our staff works hard to plan and implement curriculum so that the children are able to learn about Jesus Christ through age appropriate lessons and activities. Each night the children are taught a bible lesson and spend time sharing prayer requests and praying for each other. Other activities that they take part in include memorizing scripture, singing songs, and making crafts.
