Leaders
Berean Missional Church is led by a pastor and a "plurality of elders." These are men of qualified character (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:6-9; and 1 Peter 5:1-4), who are able to strategize and impart vision to those whom they lead.

Dwayne Gibbs - Pastor 
Dwayne and Mary Gibbs and their five children live in East St. Paul and have been commissioned by Bethlehem Baptist Church as church planters. Dwayne received his Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute and is currently enrolled in The Bethlehem Institute for pastoral training. During Dwayne's ten years on the fire department in St. Paul the Lord used the stark reality in many homes that he entered as a paramedic to convict him of the need for the church to take new and dramatic measures to connect with and communicate the truth of the Gospel to those in the world. Out of this reality came the vision for the Harvest Movement Youth Center and Berean Missional Church.

Pastor Terrance Rollerson - Elder
Pastor Rollerson received his BA from Bethel College and a Masters of Divinity from Luther Seminary. Pastor Rollerson has been involved in the community for many years, and his desire is to share with others the freedom that is found in Christ and create unity amongst the diverse people of East Saint Paul. He is married to Michelle and they have two children, Micayla and Elijah.


Dave Clausen - Elder
Dave is a long-time Corrections Officer for the Minnesota Department of Corrections-Lino Lakes. Dave is involved with many ministries including a powerful ministry to both juvenile and adult detention centers in the Twin Cities. Dave has a deep passion for evangelism and desires to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to everyone he comes into contact with.





Staff
Each of the families or individuals on staff at Berean Missional Church have been called by God to this mission and this mission field and are responsible to raise their own support as missionaries.

Mary Gibbs 
Mary is the loving and caring wife of Pastor Dwayne Gibbs and Mother of Dwayne Jr., Nate, Tony, John, and Lydia. Mary grew up in Saint Paul and has a deep passion for ministering to youth and families in the inner-city. She serves as the Berean Missional Church Administrator and manages many of the behind-the-scenes details involved in ministry.

Kate Whitby 
Kate is from Superior, Wisconsin and graduated from Metropolitan State University in 2006 with a degree in corrections and human services. Since 2005 she has served as a ministry assistant at Berean Missional Church in the daily operations and constant demands of a growing and fruitful ministry.

Jenny Parker 
Jenny is from Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin and is a recent graduate of Northwestern College in Roseville. At Northwestern Jenny received a Communications and Literature Education degree. Jenny serves as a full-time home-school teacher for Berean Missional Churches Harvest Academy and works with youth who could benefit from an alternative education opportunity. Jenny believes that all youth deserve a quality education and she is eager to continue developing ways to meet the educational needs of the youth in the Twin Cities.
